Step 2: Ask for one of our technical staff to assist you with remote access
Step 3: Go to the top right corner of this page and click on the “Client Remote Assist” icon to proceed.
Let our technicians guide you through the remote setup, after which you’ll be able to watch your desktop and see how the technicians take control to help you out.
